AVA Cocoa Beach Vacation Rentals

We stayed here 3 nights and absolutely LOVED it! Inside the unit was clean and spacious. Everything you need for a fun beach trip is available in the supply shed FOR FREE. There is also laundry and outside foot/standing shower so you aren’t bringing sand back into your unit. The walk to the beach is simple and easy. They did a really great job with this property! We had an issue with our door keypad and the owner had a quick and simple solution. Highly recommend

What a gem! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Every detail has been thought of, from charging stations to beach supplies. The unit has a modern and efficient design, with high quality furnishings and linens, and just steps from the beach. There are lots of common areas, including laundry, facilities, sitting areas, picnic tables, grills. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were also in walking distance of mini golf, some great restaurants, and the pier. If you’d like to walk or run, the street just outside, the unit goes all up and down the island. We were also able to see rocket launches right from the beach. Owners were very easy to reach and answered all our questions immediately. We will be back!

Wow, where do I even begin? Tam and Space Coast Vacation Rentals are hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. My family and I travel almost every weekend and spend months away from home every year, and I can honestly say nothing has ever come close to this level of service and comfort. From the moment we arrived on Monday, Tam was already ahead of the game. She reached out right away to let us know the AC in our studio condo was working but not quite up to par. The fact that she called us from a plane—on her personal time—just to apologize and offer us an upgrade speaks volumes about how much she genuinely cares about her guests. And the upgrade? Oh, it wasn’t just an upgrade—it was a whole level up! We started with a gorgeous studio condo right across from the beach, which already had every amenity you could imagine. Then Tam upgraded us to a three-bedroom house just a couple of miles away (also with beach access!) and let us keep the studio condo for the week. Two places. All the space. All the beach gear. It was like hitting the vacation jackpot. Both properties were impeccably stocked with everything you could ever need—and things you didn’t even realize you needed until you saw them. The attention to detail was next-level, and there was so much space in both spots that we never felt cramped, even with all our luggage. What really stood out, though, was how attentive Tam and her team were the entire week. She checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and see if we needed anything at all. You can tell her entire staff genuinely loves what they do because they went above and beyond at every turn. We’ve never felt as much at home on vacation as we did here. I don’t throw the phrase “home away from home” around lightly, but this truly was just that. It’s the easiest five-star rating I’ve ever given—and yet it’s hard to put into words just how phenomenal the experience was. If you’re even considering booking with Space Coast Vacation Rentals, just do it. You won’t regret it—you’ll probably end up thanking me later. Tam and her team are in a league of their own, and I can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect in every way. Beautiful, comfortable, and such a short walk to stunning Cocoa Beach! We definitely plan to come back and stay again just as soon as we can. Fantastic!

These units are absolutely fabulous! Management called and upgraded us last minute to a more comfortable unit for our party size and we were so happy they did. The care that is taken in every detail is magical. The beds were amazing, and we had such great nights sleep. I loved the close access to the beach!! They had all the things you need to make a trip to the beach comfortable and it was a lifesaver. We utilized every feature they had from the outdoor grill to the stocked beach shed and it was the best place we stayed at on our trip to Florida.

Awesome place. Super clean and has everything you need except food lol. Definitely will be on my list as THE place to stay

This rental property and the host are absolutely amazing. We traveled with our toddler and had such a wonderful time. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and walking distance to the beach. I thought it was nice they have a stocked storage area with beach chairs, toys, etc. and different seating areas outside. We can’t wait to come back and stay here!

Best Airbnb I've ever been to! Has everything you need to go to the beach and more all the amenities in the rooms everything I couldn't ask for better and super clean inside our room, host thought of everything will definitely be renting again in the near future!
